Santa Ema Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2015
|Region||Chile, Maipo Valley|
Dark plum and dried red berry flavors dominate this muscular red, with plenty of minty and savory accents. Medium-grained tannins support chocolate and cream details on the finish. Drink now through 2021. 25,000 cases made.
Again, the "reserve" seems to have been renamed to 2015 Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon. This is always very minty and balsamic, hinting on eucalyptus, with spicy aromas over a core of ripe blackberries. The palate is round and lush, fruity and juicy. 134,000 bottles produced.
