2021 was a year marked by capricious weather and seasons. Although Château d’Aqueria was spared from frost damage, vigilance was required throughout the season. These efforts were rewarded with a superb vintage in both quantity and quality.
The intense pink color is characteristic of a great Tavel, and shines with bright red glints. Raspberry and black currant notes share the glass with spices. The wine is balanced, combining power and elegance, and the finish is long.

Robust and full of character, with good cut and minerality balancing the red currant and raspberry flavors with hints of savory anise and chalk. Smoked thyme and crushed stone notes sit in the backdrop, with a gentle tug of structure on the well-defined finish. A rosé for food. Grenache, Syrah, Clairette, Mourvèdre, Cinsault and Bourboulenc.
