The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon CMS is darkly floral yet also a bit muddled in the glass, showing sweet herbs, underbrush and hints of clove. This is juicy and round with cooling acidity and ripe wild berry fruits accentuated by sweet spice. It leaves a bitter concentration and framing tannins, finishing pleasantly chewy and long.
