Golden, amber color with clear and bright appearance. A nose of cooked agave, fresh cherries, baked red apple, apricot, light vanilla bean, caramel, brown sugar, confectionery, nutmeg, and toast. On the palate, cinnamon, confectionery and spicy, white pepper, brown sugar, crème brulee, dried fruits, honey, herbal, light lavender and florals. A sweet and dry with lingering finish.
