The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc is terrific, and while most Sauvignon Blancs from Napa tend to be soft and simple, it brings richness and depth while staying fresh, vibrant, and focused. Ripe citrus, honeyed flowers, and spicy notes define the aromatics, and it's medium-bodied, concentrated, and textured, with a great finish.

Generous and robust, offering plump flavors of grilled Meyer lemon, pineapple and peach, plus fresh acidity. Details of sweetgrass, lemon verbena and fresh ginger linger on the finish, with a savory thread of saline that lingers. Drink now. 570 cases made.

The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc from Lewis offers up grapefruit aromas but comes across as more tropical on the medium to full-bodied palate, adding stone fruit, melon and pineapple. It's broad, with ample weight and richness, a satisfying, winter-weight white, not a cool, refreshing example. Drink it young.
