Black fruit forms the bouquet of this medium-bodied and smooth Cabernet. The palate has layers of blackberries, bell peppers and bay leaf that extend to a medium finish.

Quite young and tight, with a wealth of minerality to the floral blackberry and cassis core, while fresh herb and tobacco notes fill out the firming finish. Needs time to unwind. Best after 2025. 40,000 cases made, 25,000 cases imported.

The 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon Organic, sourced from the Uco Valley, offers black fruit aromas and a vinous layer. It has a straightforward palate with moderate tannins and a soft flavor.
