Vibrant and generous, showing off passion fruit, lemon, peach and ginger notes up front, backed by toasted herbs, sea salt minerality and plenty of intensity on the mouthwatering finish. A hint of chive flower lingers. Drink now. 12,000 cases imported.

The 2023 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc is so intense with thiols! Wow! The nose intensely leans toward snow pea and passionfruit, verging on smells reminiscent of a basketballer, if I'm honest. The nose is boiled cabbage and green apples, guava, paw paw, gooseberry and even broom. In the mouth, the fruit is able to shine; however, the thiol is still so intense. Still, I suppose this is what we come here for; few places on earth can deliver this intensity. It does what it says it will do with very little restraint. If this is your thing, then THIS is your wine. 13% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
