The first vintage ever, the 2024 Sex Rose is made from 100% Pinot Noir and native fermented, the grapes coming mostly from the Ancient Lakes area. Fruity cherry and strawberry vanilla ride along a silky and surprisingly complex midpalate of light-bodied weight and minerality, a linear expression inspired by Sancerre that's neither round nor sweet. Guava and seashells come mostly to mind. Drink now and for the next 3-5 years.
