Over many years and after producing countless batches, they refined their selection to create this cuvée in honor of Baroness Philippine de Rothschild.

“Lots of fragrant graphite and blackcurrant aromas with fresh flowers such as lavender and rosemary. Medium-bodied with layers of juicy tannins that are polished and curated, with a velvety texture that is open-grained and savory. Chewy at the end but in a caressing way. A blend of 83% cabernet sauvignon, 6% carmenere, 5% cabernet franc, 5% petit verdot and 1% syrah.”
