The 2023 vintage benefitedfrom relatively cool soils thanks torain showers that preserved freshacidity. The style emphasizesverticality and finesse, achievedthrough an infusion-like approachduring fermentation in whichberries are gently broken toincrease skin contact withoutaggressive extraction, takingadvantage of naturally soft skins.Pump-overs were limited to one ortwo per day, prioritizing delicacyover power. The result is a refinedand expressive wine with liftedfreshness and a graceful character.
