The 2015 Thieuley (Rouge) has a fragrant red berry and cranberry-scented bouquet that probably needs to develop a little more vigor. The palate is tart on the entry, nicely balanced with supple red cherry and raspberry fruit with a saline towards the finish. Enjoy this over the next 4-5 years.

A light chalky spine runs through a modest core of plum and dark cherry fruit. Offers a soft, lightly smoky finish. Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Drink now.

This perfumed wine, with a dry tannic core, is just beginning to soften. The potential for the black fruits is already there. Drink this solid wine from early 2018.
