At first very intense on the nose, with fresh fruit notes, particularly ripe citrus fruits. A second refined floral nose with notes of white flowers and fruits (white peaches, pineapple). A supple, harmonious attack on the palate, very rounded. Vinosity that is not excessive, supported by excellent freshness. Beautiful pale golden yellow color with gentle green reflections, a vibrant, luminous color. Active effervescence with a persistent release of bubbles. A perfect champagne for aperitifs, particularly in spring and summer. It is an excellent complement to seafood and shellfish; perfect with a sea bass or bream tartare. It would also be very good with seared sole.

Ruinart is a specialist in Blanc de Blancs Champagne. This wine is finely balanced between maturity and taut fresh, mineral-driven fruit. From the Côte des Blancs, the wine is poised and ready to drink.

Lemon tart, grapefruit and almonds on the nose, followed by a rounded, silky palate with soft bubbles. Pretty lemon curd and vanilla flavors to close. Drink now.

(full malo; 9 g/l dosage; LAH9T): Light yellow-gold. Smoky citrus and orchard fruits on the deeply perfumed, mineral-tinged nose. Offers broad, toasty orange and pear skin flavors with an undercurrent of dusty minerals. Picks up floral and ginger nuances with air, along with hints of iodine and tarragon. Rich yet lively blanc de blancs with powerful back-end lift and finishing grip.

The first scents of Ruinart’s NV Blanc de Blancs are floral in character, accompanied by aromas of lemon oil, spices and citrus blossoms. It’s medium-bodied and perfectly balanced on the palate, with a round, seamless texture that segues into a mouthwatering, ethereal finish. It should age well for five to eight years.

An elegant Champagne, with a luxe, finely detailed feel to the mousse and a well-honed spine of fine chinalike acidity animating flavors of poached pear, white peach, almond biscotti and mineral. Appealing hints of white blossoms, ground ginger and blood orange pith linger on the finish. Drink now through 2030.

The NV Champagne Blanc De Blancs Brut comes mostly from the 2021 base vintage, where 40% reserve wine was used (about 10% more than in more productive years due to the loss of mildew pressure in the vintage). All stainless steel-fermented with full malo, it pours a bright silver/straw color, and the nose is quite appealing, with aromas of bread dough, attractive white flowers, citrus zest, and fresh lime. Easygoing and approachable, it has a chalky texture feel with a kiss of sweet fruit and is quite elegant. It’s perfect for drinking now or over the next 5-6 years. 7 grams per dosage liter.
