This malt beverage has less than 0.5% alcohol by volume, but has 100% of the taste. But creating a full, rich non-alcoholic beer is a challenge. It's a race to stop the fermentation before alcohol can form, but not before it achieves the distinctive taste and aroma of a Beck's.
