Savigny is a nice village located to the North of Beaune, next to Pernand-Vergelesses. Savigny produces both red and white wines.
The vineyard is oriented South/South-East and North-East. Its altitude is between 220 and 360 m.
Les Narbantons is located to the South of the village, right next to the Beaune appellation.
This wine is vinified in vats during 3 to 4 weeks and then aged in oak barrels for about 15 months before being bottled.
The Premier Cru Narbantons is an elegant and full-bodied wine. It is very fruity (red berries) and very pleasant when drunk young. Its tanins are soft and it is often described as being a feminine wine.
It is a nice companion to white meat, terrines and most soft cheeses.
This wine will be able to keep 8 to 12 years in good conditions of temperature and humidity.
